A Little Chaos, A Lot of Crust

Crust & Chaos Bakery is a small, craft-first bakehouse led by Simon Silander “the 100 Acre Baker,” founder of the original Brick Street Bakery, the Distillery District Toronto, Ontario. Dedicated to slow-fermented sourdough and classic pastries with modern finesse. Come early; freshness is our promise, but don’t wait too long as our daily production is limited. Our menu is constantly evolving, so prepare yourself for delicious surprise.

 

 

How It Works

Fresh bakes, small batches
We bake limited runs of artisan sourdough, croissants, cinnamon buns, burger buns, and of course our signature Chaos Buns! When a tray empties, it’s gone.

Pay your way
We accept cash or Interac by email. For your convenience, you can now pre-order online. Simply order online and avoid the line! You can then simply pickup your order in the cabin on Saturday between 9am and 3pm (Winter Hours).

Freshly Baked for You: Orders placed and paid for by Wednesday at 8 PM will be ready for Saturday pickup (9 AM–3 PM).

We are located at The Cabin at 9434 County Rd 1. Palgrave, Ontario (although it’s not in Palgrave its around the corner from the Hockley General Store in Hockley Valley)
