A Quick Refresher: How to Get Our Bakes

  1. Come early on Saturdays. We bake in small batches and sell out fast.

  2. Pick your favourites from the self-serve table—no staff needed.

  3. Pay your way:

    • Cash in the box on the table, or

    • Online via Cash App or PayPal (details posted at the table and on the site).

  4. Enjoy. (Preferably with butter. Or jam. Or both.)

Come early—fresh bakes go fast. Come hungry—you won’t leave empty-handed.

Meet the Baker

Our loaves are handcrafted by Simon Silander—also known as the 100 Acre Baker and formerly Brick Street Baker. Simon’s obsession with long fermentation, blistered crusts, and flavour-rich crumb is the backbone of everything we bake.
